The founder of Teamwork One is Mag. Ernst Leunert. The first office was opened in Salzburg in 1999. During these years, Teamwork One Recruitment Agency has become a steady place of contact for many companies regarding the recruitment of new staff members, as well as countless applicants and providing support when planning their career.

Teamwork One is firmly established on the market and the Job-Network consists of several offices.

Our office in Salzburg employs 7 staff members and we pride ourselves in having a close and professional conduct with our customers and applicants.

Mag. Ernst Leunert manages the office in Salzburg. In addition, he is responsible for marketing the brand name of Teamwork One. The fact that one has contact with interesting people all over the world, has to be the best benefit about the job.

Elisabeth Schrems, has been a team member virtually since the beginning of Teamwork One, she is an absolute professional in regards to Personnel search and finding vacancies in the Hotel Industry and Gastronomy. Over many years in the business, her professional Know-How has vastly improved and all our customers benefit from her knowledge.

Stefanie Lang, another pillar of strength in our Salzburg Team, she has been working as the PA for Mr Leunert for over 11 years now and has a very responsible role indeed. She is also fully involved in all the recruitment processes of our professional and managerial staff members.

Dr. Michael Haas, „Consultant with Passion“, looks after our customers with a lot of commitment and due to his jolly nature is a welcome member in our team.

We are also very pleased to have increased our teams in Salzburg with the addition of Verena Wieland, Ralph Kurz and Alexander Wimmler.

Verena has been working for Teamwork One since 2015 and carries out many administrative tasks and is a fine support across our offices.
