We are currently recruiting an experienced, creative and innovative Head Pastry Chef for the fine dining restaurant of a 5* London hotel.
Your duties include:
- supervising the restaurant's pastry team in the preparation and service of food
- ensuring the high quality standards are maintained
- working together closely with the hotel's Exec.Pastry Chef and the restaurant's Head Chef
- ensuring the kitchen areas, equipment and utensils are kept clean and tidy / HACCP
Anforderungsprofil
- previous similar experience in a restaurant up to at least 3 rosette level
- creativity and innovation in the execution of dishes
- good interpersonal and communication skills
- food safety training along with relevant culinary qualifications
- abitility to lead and develop junior members of the team
- very good command of English
- an eye for details
